Breaking Phone Addiction: 5 Effective Strategies to Help Your Teen Study Better

We all recognise the struggle—our teens constantly on their phones, yet we're just as guilty ourselves. One moment we're having a face-to-face conversation, and the next, we're lost in our screens. Then we find ourselves lecturing our teens about the very behaviour we exhibit. Hypocritical? Perhaps 😂

The challenge deepens when many modern study methods actually require phones for timers and educational apps. So how do we help our teens break their phone dependency while supporting their academic success?
